Should there be an inquiry into the fertiliser bomb plot?

Should there be an inquiry into the revelation that there were links between some of the July 7th bombers and a plot to bomb parts of the UK?

The Conservatives and Liberal Democrats have called for an independent investigation into claims that police had tracked two of the July 7th bombers before the attacks in London 2005.

5 people were today given life sentences for their part in a UK bomb plot, but in court it was revealed that MI5 had followed two of the July 7th bombers during their investigations.

Graham Foulkes, whose son David died in the attacks is also calling for an inquiry.

Should there be an inquiry? Has enough been done to prevent terrorist attacks? What is your reaction to the evidence describing how young British Muslim men were radicalised by extremist groups?

there should be an independant enquiry ,if mi5 failed to pick up two of the bombers ..but i doubt if there will be 1cos the government dont like to own up to there misgivings on funding short comings ..

yeah thats true they never like owning up to there short comings!!

its not just the british government that does the fudging ,,the us wont give the data from the head up display of the a10 that killed lots of british soldiers in a ahem quote friendly fire incident..but there again we didnt expect them too..

they want the brits to support them in their illegal war and when something like that happens ,,they put the shutters up

why dont they want to give data?

because the order to fire came from further up th chain of command other than the pilots..
