Heaven's Door's
Whos gonna lead us home dear mother,
oh whos gonna be there to care,
for ive walked these painted hallways for what seems like years,
for you were there all alone but to be so close was yet so far.
floating throught the doors i saw you show the only sign of four,
never knew its meaning but yet now i never will again,
the banging of my heart as i heard the call to come,
i raced to be by your side but to late you were gone.
nurses saying them words i did not want to hear,
you were gone oh so far gone Mum i went and saw you then,
standing cuz to sit would be a sudden defeat,
oh the words hey sweetheart graced my trembling lips.
floating from the room to where the family gathered,
all so hard fightening this tragic ending,
oh grabbing hearts they flood but tryed so hard,
for the eyes gave away there everlasting love.
A rose a peice so red graced our shaken hands,
rested on your lefthand side mum for you to blossom there,
packed seats where everywhere not one left empty,
for when those purple curtains closed so died a part of me.
